§ 64.1-122. Letters of administration in due form unnecessary; how made outwhen required.
A copy of the order whereby certificate is granted to any personalrepresentative for obtaining probate or letters of administration shall be aseffectual as the probate or letters made out in due form. Nevertheless theclerk of the court by which such order is made shall, when required by anypersonal representative, make out such probate or letters in due form. Thesame, when so made out, shall be signed by the clerk, sealed with the seal ofthe court and certified by the judge to be attested in due form.
