63.2-208 - Standards for personnel.

§ 63.2-208. Standards for personnel.

The Commissioner shall enforce the minimum education, professional andtraining requirements and performance standards as determined by the Boardfor personnel employed in the administration of this title and remove eachemployee who does not meet such standards.
