§ 6.2-2104. (Effective October 1, 2010) Investigations.
The Commission, upon receiving a complaint or upon its own motion, mayinvestigate the affairs, business, premises and records of any personrequired to be registered under this chapter. In the course of suchinvestigation, all persons associated with the person being investigatedshall afford full access to all premises, books, records and informationwhich the person making such investigation deems necessary. For the foregoingpurposes, the person making such investigation shall have authority toadminister oaths, examine under oath all the aforementioned persons, andcompel the production of documents and objects of all kinds.
