§ 6.2-2101. (Effective October 1, 2010) Registration requirement; offices.
A. No person shall engage in business as a check casher in the Commonwealthunless such person has first registered with the Commission in accordancewith procedures established by the Commission under this chapter.
B. Every registered check casher shall give written notice to the Commission,within 10 days thereafter, of the opening, closing, or relocation of anoffice.
