§ 6.2-1109. (Effective October 1, 2010) Representations that accounts areinsured; misleading advertisements.
A. A savings institution shall not make any representation, oral or written,that any of its accounts are insured or guaranteed unless such accounts areinsured or guaranteed by an instrumentality of the United States or otherinsurer approved by the Commission.
B. A savings institution shall not publish any misleading advertisement.
