§ 6.2-106. (Effective October 1, 2010) Payment of civil penalties.

Civil penalties paid pursuant to this title, when collected, shall be paid bythe Commission into the treasury of Virginia, in the manner provided forjudgments collected as set forth in § 12.1-35.
