§ 6.1-330.66. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Charges by privatecolleges and universities.
Loans made by a private college or university in Virginia to defrayeducational expenses of its students, including but not limited to tuition,fees, books, supplies, room, board and personal expenses, may be enforced asagreed in the contract of indebtedness. For purposes of this section, theterm "private college or university" shall mean a private, accredited andnonprofit institution of collegiate education in the Commonwealth whoseprimary purpose is to provide collegiate or graduate education.
