§ 6.1-246. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Status of preexistingobligations.

Nothing in this chapter shall be so construed as to impair or affect theobligation of any contract of loan between any licensee and any borrowerwhich was lawfully entered into prior to July 1, 1944.
