§ 6.1-194.154. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Application to federaland foreign savings banks.

The provisions of this article shall apply to federal savings banks andforeign savings banks doing business in the Commonwealth insofar as theCommonwealth has the power to enact legislation with regard to them.
