§ 6.1-194.147. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) False statements byofficers, directors or agents.

Any officer, director or agent of a state savings bank who knowingly makes afalse statement of the condition of the institution to the Commission shallbe guilty of a Class 6 felony.
