§ 6.1-194.140. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Regulations of Commission.
The Commission may adopt such regulations as it deems appropriate toeffectuate the purposes of this article. Before promulgating any regulation,the Commission shall give reasonable notice of its content and shall affordinterested parties an opportunity to present evidence and be heard, inaccordance with the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Commission, asamended from time to time.
Regulations adopted by the Commission shall continue in effect until amendedor revoked by the Commission or by action of the General Assembly.
