§ 6.1-194.111. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Formation of statesavings bank.

A stock savings bank may be formed by being incorporated as provided in theVirginia Stock Corporation Act, Chapter 9 (§ 13.1-601 et seq.) of Title 13.1.A mutual savings bank may be formed by being incorporated as provided in theVirginia Nonstock Corporation Act, Chapter 10 (§ 13.1-801 et seq.) of Title13.1.
