§ 6.1-478. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Preemption of local laws.

This chapter shall preempt and be exclusive of all local acts, statutes,ordinances, and regulations relating to refund anticipation loans. Thissubsection shall be given retroactive and prospective effect.
