§ 6.1-469.1. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Application of chapter toInternet loans.
The provisions of this chapter, including specifically the licensurerequirements of § 6.1-445, shall apply to persons making payday loans overthe Internet to Virginia residents, whether or not the person making the loanmaintains a physical presence in the Commonwealth.
