§ 6.1-389. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Limitation of provisions ofchapter.

In the event any provision of this chapter should conflict with an applicableprovision of Chapter 14 (§ 6.1-390 et seq.) of this title, the provision ofChapter 14 shall be controlling.
