§ 6.1-388. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Prohibitions and penalties;injunction.
To the extent provided for therein, financial institution holding companiessubject to the laws of this Commonwealth shall be subject to the penaltiesset forth in §§ 6.1-114 and 6.1-125. Any company violating any provision ofthis chapter or any regulation promulgated thereunder shall be subject toinjunction by the Commission or by a court of competent jurisdiction onmotion of any party in interest. In addition, such company shall be subjectto a penalty of not more than $1,000 per day for each day the violationcontinues.
