§ 6.1-363.24. (Repealed effective October 1, 2010) Private right of action.
Any person who suffers loss by reason of a violation of any provision of thischapter may bring a civil action to enforce such provision. Any person who issuccessful in such action shall recover reasonable attorney's fees, expertwitness fees, and court costs incurred by bringing such action.
