59.1-134 - Advertisement or display.

§ 59.1-134. Advertisement or display.

Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation, or any agent orservant thereof, who advertises or displays in any manner a secondhand watchfor sale or exchange shall state clearly in such advertisement or displaythat the watch is a secondhand watch.
