59.1-119 - Who deemed a dealer.

§ 59.1-119. Who deemed a dealer.

Every person who purchases secondhand property of the kind mentioned in §59.1-117 for the purpose of resale or installation on the property of anothershall be deemed a dealer within the meaning of the provisions of this article.
