59.1-310.2 - Federal law compliance; application of chapter.

§ 59.1-310.2. Federal law compliance; application of chapter.

A tanning device utilized by a tanning facility shall comply with allapplicable federal laws and regulations. This chapter shall not apply to aphototherapy device used by or under the supervision of a licensed physiciantrained in the use of phototherapy devices.
