§ 56-231.21. Dissolution and termination of cooperatives.

A stock or nonstock cooperative may be dissolved in the manner prescribed byArticle 16 (§ 13.1-742 et seq.) of Chapter 9 or Article 13 (§ 13.1-902 etseq.) of Chapter 10 of Title 13.1, respectively.
