§ 55-497. Registration required.
A declarant may not offer or dispose of a cooperative interest intended forresidential use unless the cooperative and the cooperative interest areregistered with the agency. A cooperative consisting of no more than threeunits which is not subject to development rights is exempt from therequirements of this section.
