§ 55-186.3. Unrecorded escheat grants; original lost or destroyed; certifiedcopy of grant.

The clerk shall accept for recordation a copy of the grant from theCommonwealth that is certified as a true copy by the Librarian of Virginiaunder § 55-186.2.
