54.1-515 - Employer discrimination; penalty.

§ 54.1-515. Employer discrimination; penalty.

Any employer who discriminates against or otherwise penalizes an employee whocomplains to or cooperates with the Board or any other governmental agency inadministering this chapter is subject to the penalties in § 54.1-517.
