§ 54.1-4416. Board's powers with respect to hearings under this chapter.
The Board may, in hearings arising under this chapter, determine the place inVirginia where the hearings shall be held; subpoena witnesses; takedepositions of witnesses in the manner provided for in civil actions incourts of record; pay the witnesses fees and mileage and other expensereimbursements for their attendance as is provided for witnesses in civilactions in courts of record; and administer oaths.
