§ 54.1-3442. When permit not to be granted; regulations.
No person shall be granted a restricted manufacturing permit as amanufacturer unless such person is properly equipped as to buildings andequipment to carry out the functions of a manufacturer with due regard to theprotection of the public health. The Board shall promulgate regulations inorder to carry out the provisions of this section.
