§ 53.1-95.14. Rights of bond holders and trustees.
Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this article or of any ofthe coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement,except to the extent the rights herein given, may be restricted by such trustagreement, may either at law or in equity, by suit, action, injunction,mandamus, or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of the Commonwealth or granted by this article or under such trustagreement or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds and mayenforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this article orby such agreement or resolution to be performed by an authority createdpursuant to this article or by any officer or agent thereof including thefixing, charging, and collection of such charges.
