51.5-73 - Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and Vision Impaired; operation and maintenance.

§ 51.5-73. Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and Vision Impaired; operationand maintenance.

The Department shall have the authority and responsibility for the operationand maintenance of the Virginia Rehabilitation Center for the Blind andVision Impaired for the purpose of providing services to eligible blind andvision impaired individuals.
