51.1-200 - State Police Officers' Retirement System continued; administration; application of provisions of Virginia Retirement System.

§ 51.1-200. State Police Officers' Retirement System continued;administration; application of provisions of Virginia Retirement System.

The State Police Officers' Retirement System is continued and shall beadministered by the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Retirement System.Except as otherwise provided, the provisions of Chapter 1 (§ 51.1-124.1 etseq.) of this title shall apply to and govern the operation of the StatePolice Officers' Retirement System.
