46.2-728.1 - Special license plates incorporating the official bird and the floral emblem of the Commonwealth; fee.

§ 46.2-728.1. Special license plates incorporating the official bird and thefloral emblem of the Commonwealth; fee.

On receipt of an application, the Commissioner shall issue license platesincorporating the official bird and the floral emblem of the Commonwealth.These license plates shall be valid for whatever period the Commissionerdetermines.

For each set of license plates issued under this section the Commissionershall charge, in addition to the prescribed cost of state license plates, aone-time fee of ten dollars at the time the plates are issued.
