§ 46.2-413. Effect of reversal of conviction.
Reversal on appeal of any conviction because of which conviction any licenseor registration has been suspended or revoked pursuant to the provisions ofthis chapter shall entitle the holder to the restoration of his license orregistration forthwith without proof of financial responsibility.
