46.2-407 - Form and contents of decision; copies.

§ 46.2-407. Form and contents of decision; copies.

Any decision or order of the Commissioner to be valid must be reduced towriting and contain the explicit findings of fact and conclusions of law uponwhich the decision or order of the Commissioner is based. Certified copiesof the decision or order shall be delivered to any party affected by it.
