§ 46.2-399. Revocation of license for improper use or failure to pay certaintaxes.
The Department shall revoke a driver's license whenever the person to whomthe license has been issued makes or permits to be made an unlawful use of itor permits the use of it by a person not entitled to it or fails or refusesto pay within the time prescribed by law, any lawful taxes due theCommonwealth imposed under Chapter 27 of Title 58.1.
