46.2-341.29 - Penalty for driving commercial motor vehicle with blood alcohol content equal to or greater than 0.04.

§ 46.2-341.29. Penalty for driving commercial motor vehicle with bloodalcohol content equal to or greater than 0.04.

Any person violating the provisions of subsection B of § 46.2-341.24 shall beguilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
