46.2-1520 - Collection of license and registration fees; payments from fund.

§ 46.2-1520. Collection of license and registration fees; payments from fund.

All licensing and registration fees provided for in this chapter, except asidentified in Article 3.1 (§ 46.2-1527.1 et seq.) of this chapter shall becollected by the Board and paid into the state treasury and set aside as aspecial fund to meet the expenses of the Board.
