45.1-191 - Penalty for violation of chapter, etc.

§ 45.1-191. Penalty for violation of chapter, etc.

Any violation of any provision of this chapter or of any order of theDirector shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000 or amaximum of 1 year in jail, or both.
