§ 45.1-161.292:27. Reexamination.
The holder of a certificate revoked pursuant to § 45.1-161.292:26 shall beentitled to examination by the Board of Mineral Mining Examiners after threemonths has elapsed from the date of revocation of the certificate if he canprove to the satisfaction of the Board that the cause for revocation of hiscertificate has ceased to exist.
