§ 45.1-161.248. Ground control.

The provisions of Article 11 (§ 45.1-161.287) of Chapter 14.4 of this titleshall apply with respect to the pits, highwalls, benches, banks, and wallsassociated with any coal mining activities conducted at the surface areas ofunderground coal mines.
