§ 45.1-161.32. Replacement of lost or destroyed certificates.

If any certificate issued by the Board of Coal Mining Examiners is lost ordestroyed, the Chief may supply a copy thereof to the person to whom it wasissued, upon the payment of a reasonable fee in an amount set by the Boardnot to exceed $10, provided that it has been established to his satisfactionthat the loss or destruction actually occurred and that the person seekingsuch copy was the holder of such certificate.
