§ 44-65. United States naval laws, customs and regulations.
In the interpretation of state laws governing the naval militia, the UnitedStates laws concerning the United States navy shall be followed as far asapplicable, and the customs and naval reserve regulations of the UnitedStates navy shall govern in all cases not otherwise specifically provided for.
