42.1-5 - Expenses of members of Board.

§ 42.1-5. Expenses of members of Board.

The members of the Board shall receive no compensation for their services assuch; but reasonable expenses incurred as members of the Board in thedischarge of their duties shall be paid out of the Library funds.
