40.1-123 - Agreement binding after apprentice's majority.

§ 40.1-123. Agreement binding after apprentice's majority.

When a minor enters into an apprentice agreement under this chapter for aperiod of training extending into his majority, the apprentice agreementshall likewise be binding for such a period as may be covered during theapprentice's majority.
