4.1-309.1 - Possessing or consuming alcoholic beverage while operating a school bus; penalty.

§ 4.1-309.1. Possessing or consuming alcoholic beverage while operating aschool bus; penalty.

Any person who possesses or consumes an alcoholic beverage while operating aschool bus and transporting children is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Forpurposes of this section, "school bus" shall have the same meaning asprovided in § 46.2-100.
