§ 4.1-109. Hearings; allowances to witnesses.
Witnesses subpoenaed to appear on behalf of the Board shall be entitled tothe same allowance for expenses as witnesses for the Commonwealth in criminalcases in accordance with § 17.1-611. Such allowances shall be paid out ofthe fund from which other costs incurred by the Board are paid uponcertification to the Comptroller.
