38.2-4418 - Controversies involving subscription contracts.

§ 38.2-4418. Controversies involving subscription contracts.

The Commission shall have no jurisdiction to adjudicate controversies growingout of subscription contracts. A breach of contract shall not be deemed aviolation of this chapter.
