§ 38.2-3609. Insurer to file copy of advertisement with Commission.
Every insurer, health service plan or health maintenance organizationproviding Medicare supplement insurance or benefits in this Commonwealthshall file with the Commission a copy of any Medicare supplementadvertisement intended for use in this Commonwealth whether through written,radio or television medium.
