§ 38.2-3530. Evidence of individual insurability.
Each group accident and sickness insurance policy shall contain a provisionsetting forth any conditions under which the insurer reserves the right torequire a person eligible for insurance to furnish evidence of individualinsurability satisfactory to the insurer as a condition to part or all of hiscoverage.
