§ 38.2-3508. Requirements of other jurisdictions.
A. Any individual accident and sickness insurance policy delivered or issuedfor delivery to any person in this Commonwealth by a foreign or alien insurermay contain any provision that is prescribed or required by the insurer'sdomiciliary jurisdiction and that is not less favorable than the provisionsof this article to the insured or the beneficiary.
B. Any individual accident and sickness insurance policy delivered or issuedfor delivery by a domestic insurer in any other jurisdiction may contain anyprovision permitted or required by the laws of the other jurisdiction.
