38.2-2519 - Classification of risks; rates.

§ 38.2-2519. Classification of risks; rates.

Any insurer writing mutual assessment property and casualty insurance mayclassify the property or risk insured in accordance with the risk or hazardto which the property is subject, and fix the rate of assessment or premiumfor that insurance in accordance with the classification.
