§ 38.2-1918. Agreements for equitable apportionment of insurance.
A. Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the making of agreements amonginsurers for the equitable apportionment among them of insurance which may beafforded applicants who are in good faith entitled to but who are unable toprocure it through ordinary methods. Insurers may agree among themselves onthe use of reasonable rate modifications for such insurance. These agreementsand rate modifications shall be subject to the approval of the Commission.
B. The Commission may approve policy forms and endorsements for use by suchinsurers with respect to insurance afforded such applicants.
